2. Use of API Services

• You must strictly use the API to send authentication, transactional, or OTP messages.
• You are prohibited from using our services to transmit spam, promotional material without consent, offensive, or illegal content.
• You are solely responsible for securing your API keys and whitelisting your authorized domains via our dashboard.

3. Pricing and Billing

Our services operate on a prepaid wallet model. The standard rate is ₹0.28 per API hit. Minimum recharge amount is ₹1,000. Prices are subject to change with prior notice provided via the dashboard.

4. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund if we detect suspicious activity, violation of TRAI/DLT regulations, or breach of these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

SECUREOTP acts as a technology gateway. We shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from telecommunication network failures, delays, or the inability to use our API.
