SECUREOTP provides prepaid API credits for SMS and WhatsApp authentication. Due to the digital and instantly consumable nature of our services, all payments and wallet recharges made on secureotp.cc are strictly non-refundable.
Any funds added to your SECUREOTP wallet are valid for 1 Year (365 days) from the date of the transaction. Unused balances after this period will expire and cannot be refunded or transferred.
If our API experiences extended downtime resulting in failed message deliveries, the cost of failed API hits will not be deducted from your wallet balance. However, the base wallet recharge amount remains non-refundable.
You may stop using our services and terminate your account at any time. Upon account cancellation, any remaining wallet balance will be forfeited and will not be refunded to your bank account or credit card.
In the event of a duplicate charge or a technical error during the payment process on the Razorpay gateway, please contact our support team immediately with your Transaction ID. Legitimate double charges will be credited to your SECUREOTP wallet.
